What kind of housing options does your community provide?
We offer luxury apartments, modern townhomes, and single-family homes with 1–3 bedrooms to fit a variety of lifestyles.
What are the office hours?
Monday-Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM Sunday: 1 PM – 5 PM
What amenities are included?
Enjoy access to our large resort-style pool, separate kid’s pool, and expansive pool deck with seating and cabanas. Enjoy multiple grilling stations, an outdoor TV wall, fireplace, gaming and play areas, and a private pickleball court. Our community includes dog parks, scenic walking trails, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, resident business center, and private resident lounge.
Do you conduct background checks?
Yes, all residents over the age of 18 are required to complete a criminal background screening.
What lease terms are available?
Lease terms are 12-15 months
What are the income requirements to lease a home at The Lodges at Fort Mill?
Gross income must be at least 2x the monthly rent.
Does this community have an age requirement?
Yes, all residents who sign a lease must be at least 21 years of age.
Is parking available? Is it covered or uncovered?
The community features surface lot parking, and private garages are also available.
How much is the rent?
Each apartment is priced individually depending on floorplan, features, and location. You can browse pricing and availability through the floorplans tab on our website.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We strive to provide a great home for all of our residents, including those with four legs, regardless of breed or weight. Our community features a dog park and pet run for your furry friends to explore and play. Contact the leasing office for more details.
