Can I tour the community before applying?
Yes! Hard Hat tours can be scheduled on our website or over the phone. Call now to schedule a time to see our beautiful rental homes.
When will the community be opening?
Currently scheduled to open for move-ins beginning October 2024.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We strive to provide a great home for all of our residents, including those with four legs, regardless of breed or weight. Our community features several dog parks, a pet spa, and is adjacent to peaceful residential neighborhoods for walks.
How much is the rent?
Each rental home is priced individually depending on floorplan, features, and location. You can browse pricing and availability through the floorplans tab on our website.
Is parking available? Is it covered or uncovered?
Yes, parking is available at Lodges Fort Mill. Depending on the floor plan, options include covered (attached or detached 1-2 car garages) and uncovered (surface) parking.
What lease terms are available?
Lease terms are 12-15 months
Do you conduct background checks?
Yes, all residents over the age of 18 are required to complete a criminal background screening.
What are the income requirements to lease a home at The Lodges at Fort Mill?
Gross income must be at least 2x the monthly rent.
What are the office hours?
Monday-Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM Sunday: 1 PM – 5 PM
